By downloading, installing, or using F183 ("Freqüència 183", "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and Jaume Orejuela ("Developer", "we", "us"), the creator and operator of F183.
F183 is a health and wellness entertainment application that transforms your Apple Health data into personalized daily audio programs. Two virtual hosts — powered by artificial intelligence — analyze your health metrics and deliver an audio experience tailored to your lifestyle.
F183 is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or healthcare provider. See Section 8 (Medical Disclaimer) for full details.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use F183. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You may create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In to unlock the full F183 experience. Alternatively, you may continue without an account with access to limited features (dashboard, FScore, and on-demand program purchases). If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed.

Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency in the App Store. F183+ Monthly and F183+ Annual are auto-renewable subscriptions within the same subscription group.
All payments are processed exclusively through Apple's App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information (credit card numbers, billing addresses, etc.).
New users receive a 7-day reverse trial with full F183+ access. At the end of the trial, you may subscribe to F183+ to continue receiving daily programs, or use the Free tier with on-demand programs at €0.99 each. You will be notified before the trial expires.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage and cancel subscriptions in account settings on the App Store after purchase.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings:

Upgrading from F183+ Monthly to F183+ Annual takes effect immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We cannot process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and you will be notified in advance. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.
F183 requires access to Apple HealthKit data to function. You grant this access during onboarding and can revoke it at any time through iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → F183.
Your HealthKit data is used exclusively to generate personalized audio programs. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Apple's HealthKit guidelines.
You may enable or disable data processing at any time through the App's settings (Data Consent toggle). Disabling data consent will prevent the App from generating new personalized programs.
All content within F183 — including but not limited to the App's design, code, audio output, virtual host personalities (Laura and Marc, and their localized variants), brand name, and logos — is the intellectual property of Jaume Orejuela and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Daily audio programs generated by F183 are created for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, broadcast, or publicly perform these programs without prior written consent.
F183 may generate short audio clips highlighting key moments from your programs. You may share these clips on social media and messaging platforms for personal, non-commercial purposes. Shared clips include an F183 audio watermark and branding. You must not alter, remove, or obscure the F183 attribution from shared clips.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use F183 on your personal Apple devices for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
F183 IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE, DIAGNOSTIC TOOL, OR HEALTHCARE SERVICE.
The App is designed for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations.
The information presented in F183's audio programs — including health trends, statistics, comparisons, and suggestions — should never be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
While F183 reads data from Apple HealthKit, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this data. Health data from consumer devices (Apple Watch, iPhone sensors) may contain errors or inaccuracies.
F183 is not designed to detect or respond to medical emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.
All audio content is generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated health commentary may contain errors, oversimplifications, or generalizations that do not apply to your specific situation.
F183 has not been evaluated or approved by any health regulatory authority (including but not limited to the FDA, EMA, or AEMPS). The App makes no claims regarding the prevention, diagnosis, or treatment of any disease or medical condition.
You agree not to:
F183 is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party services used by F183 may experience downtime beyond our control.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF F183, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: health decisions made based on the App's content; inaccuracies in HealthKit data or AI-generated commentary; loss of data due to device failure or App updates; service interruptions caused by third-party providers; any reliance on the App's content for medical purposes.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of F183 shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Developer from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of F183, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may stop using F183 and delete your account at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to F183 if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if we are required to do so by law.
Upon termination, your license to use F183 is immediately revoked. Cached programs on your device will no longer be updated. You remain responsible for any outstanding subscription charges.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notification and an update to the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of F183 after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, specifically the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
For EU consumers: this choice of jurisdiction does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the use of F183 and supersede any prior agreements.
